If you have never done CrossFit before, this is the place to start! You will be guided through six - 1 hour long personal training sessions with a CrossFit Trainer, providing you with the instruction necessary to learn, practice and perform safely the nine foundational movements of CrossFit. We recommend you try to schedule two to three sessions a week. Upon completion of the six sessions, this membership comes with complimentary CF classes for the remainder of the first 30 days. If you decide at the end of the 30 days to continue CrossFit, you will be charged the monthly membership fee. Alternatively, you may decide to continue with Personal Training sessions that allows you to work at your own pace and have a program designed specifically for your needs.
